Terms of Service

By signing in to or using eTrov (the “service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

You sign in with a Google account, and you must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country). eTrov is currently invite-only: you need an invitation from a circle owner, unless sign-up is open.

You’re responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Google account secure. Tell us at agilects.us@gmail.com if you think someone else is using it.

It’s yours. You keep ownership of everything you save in eTrov: clippings, uploads, playbooks and notes.

You give us permission to store, process, copy and display your content only as needed to run the service for you and the circles you share it with. That includes making image thumbnails and, when you ask for it, sending an image or text to our AI provider to draft a playbook. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

Only save content you have the right to save and share. That includes information about other people (such as names, birthdays or contact details) that you add, which should be things they’d reasonably expect you to keep.

Content in a circle is visible to its members, and members can add to and edit it. Circle owners can invite and remove members and delete the circle, which deletes its content. Choose carefully what you move into a circle.

Please don’t:

• break the law, infringe others’ rights, or upload content that is illegal, harmful, harassing or sexually exploitative;
• upload malware, or try to break, overload, probe or get around the service’s security or access controls;
• access other people’s circles or data without permission, or scrape or copy the service in bulk;
• use eTrov to send spam or to misuse other people’s personal information.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Starter templates and AI-drafted playbooks are general checklists to help you stay organised. They are not medical, financial, tax, legal, engineering or other professional advice, and they may be incomplete or wrong.

Always check them yourself, and follow qualified professionals for anything that matters (your doctor or pharmacist, an accountant, a licensed contractor, local rules and permits).

Clippings can point to other websites, videos and services. We show their titles and preview images but don’t control or endorse them, and their own terms apply. Signing in uses Google, under Google’s terms.

eTrov is free and is still being built. We may add, change or remove features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. Please keep your own copies of anything critical. We’ll give reasonable notice before shutting down the service so you can save your content.

You can stop using eTrov at any time and ask us to delete your account at agilects.us@gmail.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put others at risk, and when we can, we’ll tell you why.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to US $50. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms. We’ll change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using eTrov after that, the new Terms apply.
